Iconik Create Asset

Create an asset record in Iconik.

Configuration and behavior

Parameter	Notes
Title *	The new asset title. Variables are accepted.
Additional fields	Fixed fields and custom metadata selected from the Iconik catalog during authoring or explicit refresh and saved with the workflow. Create supports Set only. No field is added automatically: Iconik's required flag applies to its own forms, not to automated writes. Title is not offered here, because Create takes it from the Title field.
Retry window	`2m` by default; accepts 1 second through 1 hour.

This creates an asset record, not uploaded media. Relay validates the credential, role, fields, values, and external ID availability before creation. Outputs: asset_id, outcome, and applied_fields. If the asset is created but later metadata work is only partly confirmed, the step fails and states what Iconik confirmed. Relay does not create a second asset automatically.
